What We've Been Up To...

It's embarassing how behind I am on updating this blog. I have all these random pictures so I'm just throwing them all together in one post....




Abi drew this picture of Grandpa (my dad). She is getting so good at drawing!
If you can't tell, she even gave him glasses and a moustache. But my favorite
part is his hair tornado!

They had the entire Donner Park to play in, but spent forever at this mud puddle instead.



She was determined she was going to help mow. Just wait sister, you'll be doing it
on your own soon enough. And then you'll probably hate it.




My baby sister Kyleigh was nominated for Prom Queen this year...and she won!!!
She was so surprised, and I felt super-cool just being the sister of the Prom Queen. And Drew
was Homecoming King this year too. So we are basically totally popular...by association.
Kyleigh and her bf stopped by the house on their way there and I'm so glad because
I was able to get this adorable picture of them. Abi was in love with her "fancy dress"
and cried when they left saying "I want to go to Prom, too!!!"




Adam and I enjoyed a Saturday afternoon at the Story Inn Wine Festival.
It's one of our favorite things to do together!

Nevermind she hadn't eaten dinner yet. What are grandparents for, right??




I found this awesome idea (on Pinterest, where else) where you can make your own icecream with ziploc bags!
It was super easy AND super yummy!
